These are some pre-production photos taken during the shooting of a Johnny Cash video. Who could be better to play the Man in Black? None other then Mr. William Stanhope. Sure some people may see Big Willy as more of a comedic fellow, but I think all the fans out there, should watch out for a new wave of “Johnny Cash.”

We will see how this bad boy is going to turn out. This is a new badass side of Will Stanhope, just waiting to be unleashed.

Here is the new video, that was filmed Wednesday, June 28th, in a community church near my house. This video was made pretty quickly, and I’m happy that it turned out the way it did. The intro that introduces Mr. Harrison, the worrisome principal, is paying tribute to a play I acted in, way back in Grade 12. Anyone in that cast, knows the pure halarity of the name Mr. Harrison, or as we loved to call him… “Mr. H.”

Anyways, I guess the key idea of this video that I like, is the relationships that are naturally created within the band itself. Eddy, the lead singer, appears to be in his own world, while Peter, the rhythm guitarist, seems happy to be there, and embodies the excitement of a young band thrown into the spotlight. And it seems like Sam, the bass guitarist, and Scotty, the drummer, seem to be playing for each other, even trying to outdo the other.

Anyways, I think there is a young and frantic energy to this video that I like. I hope you enjoy it.
